The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry for Food, Agriculture, and Tourism (StMELF), promotes the sale of Bavarian agricultural products and food through a series of information and communication measures under the umbrella brand "Bayern". The alp Bayern, Agency for Food - Products from Bavaria, is an independent unit within the Bavarian State Ministry for Food, Agriculture, and Tourism. It supports the promotion of sales and the expansion of the market position of Bavarian agricultural products and food. The key activities of alp Bayern include information and communication measures both domestically and internationally, market development measures, and joint appearances on platforms (e.g. trade fairs). The involvement of the economy, associations, and institutions is an important key element of alp Bayern. alp Bayern is looking for a suitable service provider (contractor) for the conception, planning, and implementation of information and communication measures, including media planning and booking, as well as for the maintenance and further development of existing communication media in the area of sales promotion for Bavarian agricultural products and food as well as related services. The contract in question is a framework agreement, which will be concluded for a maximum duration of 4 years (3 years basic contract period plus contract extension options for a further year).
