Greece – Preventive maintenance services – Προκήρυξη ανοικτού διαγωνισμού άνω των ορίων για την προμήθεια συμβολαίων συντήρησης, για την κάλυψη των αναγκών συντήρησης και επισκευής του αναλυτικού εξοπλισμού των εργαστηρίων των Υπηρεσιών του Γενικού Χημείου του Κράτους

The subject of the contract is the supply of maintenance contracts to cover the needs for preventive and corrective maintenance of the analytical equipment of the laboratories of the General Chemical State Laboratory. "Preventive maintenance" is defined as the set of actions aimed at maintaining the analytical equipment in full and proper operation. It includes the scheduled and periodic checking of the correct operation of the instruments, as well as preventive replacements of components or consumables with a short lifespan (e.g. filters, liner, septum, filament, nuts, ferrules, etc.), repairs, improvements, corrections, in order to prevent the occurrence of malfunctions and damage. Preventive maintenance is carried out in accordance with the specifications and technical instructions of the manufacturer and the condition in which the instrument is found. "Corrective maintenance" or repair is defined as the set of actions aimed at repairing damage to the analytical equipment, which occurs during the maintenance contract. It includes the replacement of components, consumables and expendables, repair work and the check of correct operation, in order to restore the full and proper operation of the instruments. The technical characteristics and other requirements are described in detail in APPENDIX A’ of the Declaration. Offers are submitted for one, for more than one or for all the Sections, as described in Appendix A’ of the Declaration. It is noted that each offer must include the entire analytical equipment that is included in the offered Section. The estimated value of the contract amounts to 1,185,000.00 € plus VAT (24%) 284,400.00€, or a total of 1,469,400.00€. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer. The duration of the contract is set at 36 months from its publication in the KHMDIS.
