The subject of the contract is the purchase, delivery and implementation of digitalisation and digitisation of medical documentation along with computer hardware, delivery of computers, delivery of servers and arrays for the Hospital at ul. Wodociągowa 4, 45-221 Opole. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 tasks. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the minimum parameters is in Annex No. 1A, 1B, 3, 4A and 4B to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the specification content, which may result from responses to questions from Contractors. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following parts/tasks: Task No. 1 – Purchase and implementation of a system enabling the creation of medical documentation in electronic form using dedicated devices for collecting signatures along with integration with the hospital system HIS; Task No. 2 – Purchase and delivery of 34 all-in-one desktop computers; Task No. 3 – Purchase and delivery of servers and arrays along with the service of migrating the Oracle database from the current one. The Contracting Authority allows for the submission of partial offers. An offer can be submitted for one or all parts (packages/tasks) of the contract.
