The subject of the procurement is the purchase and delivery, including configuration, of server infrastructure for the Municipal Housing Management Office in Tychy. 2. The deliveries subject to the procurement include: 2.1. The basic order (guaranteed), which includes the purchase and delivery, including configuration, of the server infrastructure, as detailed in the price offer form A, which is in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 2.2. The order subject to the option right, involving the purchase and delivery, including configuration, of the server infrastructure, as detailed in the price offer form B, which is in Annex 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority may, at any time, exercise the right to use the option in the prescribed period (i.e. by 31.12.2027), on the terms set out in the contract template. 3. The detailed scope of the procurement and the requirements of the Contracting Authority are specified in the description of the subject of the procurement, the offer form and the contract template, which are Annexes 1, 2 and 4 to the SWZ. 4. Additional requirements of the Contracting Authority regarding the subject of the procurement. 4.1. All works will be carried out at the premises of the Contracting Authority at ul. Filaretów 31 and at ul. Budowalnych 41. At most, the works will be carried out on the first floor without a lift. The contractor must provide for the necessity of delivering all the equipment without using a lift. 4.2. All works must be carried out in a way that does not disrupt the Contracting Authority's work during its working hours, i.e.: Monday from 7:00 to 17:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 07:00 to 15:00, Friday from 07:00 to 13:00.
