Bulgaria – Architectural services for buildings – Изготвяне на инвестиционни проекти за основен ремонт на сгради – общинска собственост, по три обособени позиции

The subject of the public procurement is the preparation of investment projects for major repairs of buildings – municipal property, in three separate lots, for the following buildings/objects:

Separate Lot No. 1: „Preparation of an investment project for the object: „Major repair of the 'Lambova House'“. The scope of the present separate lot includes the development of a complex project within the meaning of Article 150 of the SPA, consisting of a project for amending the existing regulatory and construction plan, updating the technical base and an investment project in the “working phase” for major repairs aimed at repair and restoration activities of the public-service complex „Lambova House“, consisting of two buildings of the fourth construction category according to Article 137, paragraph 1, item 4, letter „b“ of the SPA (buildings and facilities for public services with a built-up area of 1,000 to 5,000 sq.m. or with a capacity of 100 to 200 places for visitors), located in UPI I-2074, district 103, with administrative address: Provadia Municipality, Provadia, „Sveti Kiril and Metodiy“ Str. 85. The property is owned by the Municipality of Provadia and is registered in Act No. 192/1998. The project must be prepared with a scope and content in accordance with the requirements of the SPA, the Cultural Heritage Act and Ordinance No. 4 on the scope and content of investment projects, which must be agreed by the National Institute for Immovable Cultural Heritage (NIKHN), taking into account that the object represents a single architectural and construction immovable cultural value with the category „local significance“.

Separate Lot No. 2: „Preparation of an investment project for the object: „Major repair of a building for a health service in the village of Blaskovo“. The scope of the present separate lot includes the development of an investment project in the „technical project“ phase, which aims to provide measures to achieve a high degree of energy efficiency of the building, to increase its capacity, sustainability and durability, and to create conditions for its normal future operation. The project must be developed only for the standalone building for the Health Service. The project must include parts: Architecture – survey and design, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Safety and Fire Protection. It must also include structural and energy surveys of the building's condition and a project on the Construction part, presenting the specific elements of the construction that need to be replaced with new ones or a statement on the part. Separate Lot No. 3: „Preparation of an investment project for the object: Major repair of a municipal building for a pensioners' club, in the village of Ravna“. The scope of the present separate lot includes the development of an investment project in the „technical project“ phase, which aims to provide activities for major repair of the building's roof and to propose measures to achieve a high degree of energy efficiency, thereby increasing the capacity, sustainability and durability of the object. The project must include architectural survey, structural and energy surveys of the building's condition. The construction and repair activities to be carried out for the major repair will not be related to changes in the layout, with the exception of converting a separate room with a sink into a toilet with a sink. No change in the outlines of the facades and roof is envisaged. With the present project, it is envisaged to improve the material base of the hall for events and the service rooms serving it. It aims to bring the building into compliance with the regulatory requirements for energy efficiency, accessibility and fire safety. The construction and installation works cover activities related to the interior, the internal electrical and HVAC installations, the facade and the repair of the roof structure.
