Norway – Research and development services and related consultancy services – Mapping the labour immigration policy in other countries.

The aim of the procurement is to get an overview of labour immigration policies, strategies, initiatives, projects and experiences connected to EEA and third country labour immigration in other countries. The project shall describe the countries': - The role of strategies and labour immigration. -Regulations Bilateral agreements or special arrangements. - The authorities ́ role in promoting the country and recruiting labour from other countries. - The extent and structure of labour immigration. - The organisation of foreigner management. The assignment will be valid from signing the contract to the delivery of the final report by the turn of the year 2026/2027. The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT for the year 2026. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
