Germany – Scaffolding work – Gerüstbauarbeiten

Comprehensive renovation of the listed university building of the University of Rostock at Parkstr. 6 with three full storeys and a gross floor area of 7,895 sqm. For the renovation works, a scaffolding system with a lift shall be erected. The scaffolding works essentially comprise:

- Working and protective scaffolding for facade with roof catch LK 3 3,120 sqm

- Cantilever jib 0.36 m 520 m

- Cantilever jib 0.73 m 1,050 m

- Side protection 600 m

- Eaves corbel 220 m

- Setting down platforms material storage 150 sqm

- Goods and passenger lift up to 1,500 kg

- Room scaffolding lecture hall 1,089 sqm
