The procedure concludes with the award of a Framework Agreement concluded with a single economic operator without re-offering, implementation period = 24 months. Within the Framework Agreement, 3 subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening competition, as follows: The first subsequent contract will be concluded with the Framework Agreement at the offer price for - Orthopaedic surgical motor set, in sterilization container = 1 unit. The second subsequent contract will be signed in the 10th month of the Framework Agreement for - Orthopaedic surgical motor set, in sterilization container = 1 unit. The third subsequent contract will be signed in the 18th month of the Framework Agreement for - Orthopaedic surgical motor set, in sterilization container = 1 unit. Framework Agreement - Minimum/Maximum Quantity - 1 unit / 3 units. Number of subsequent contracts: Minimum 1 subsequent contract for 1 unit / maximum 3 subsequent contracts (total 3 units). Estimated value of the framework agreement = minimum 220,000 Lei/ maximum 660,000 Lei excluding VAT. The subject of the contract represents the supply with on-site installation/ commissioning and training of beneficiary staff in use for Medical Equipment - Orthopaedic surgical motor set, in sterilization container, ensuring the service activity (repairs and maintenance/upkeep) during the warranty period, permanent technical support. Clarifications can be requested at the latest 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, the Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to the requests submitted within the recommended period of 6 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
