Greece – Repair and maintenance services of electrical distribution equipment – Ανοιχτός ηλεκτρονικός διαγωνισμός, με κριτήριο κατακύρωσης την πλέον συμφέρουσα από οικονομική άποψη προσφορά, με βάση μόνο την τιμή, για την ανάθεση σύμβασης παροχής υπηρεσιών αποξήλωσης του ανενεργού δικτύου, διενέργειας καταγραφής των στύλων στο ενεργό και ανενεργό εναέριο ηλεκτρικό δίκτυο και αντικατάστασης στύλων στήριξης εναέριου ηλεκτρικού δικτύου παροχής ενέργειας στα (Τρόλλεϋ).

The subject of the contract is: the deactivation of the inactive network, the recording of the poles in the active and inactive overhead electrical network of O.S.Y. S.A. and the replacement of overhead electrical network support poles supplying energy to the trolleybuses of O.S.Y. S.A. (Trolleys), to remove hazards. Specifically, the Contractor will proceed within the contractual period: 1. With the replacement of 110 poles, regardless of height, pole and excavation depth (full job), 2. With the removal of 560 poles of any size (full job) 3. Recording the installed poles of the active and inactive Trolley network of O.S.Y. S.A. 4. With the removal of copper wire of a total length of 27,700.00 meters, the plastic insulator, the nails and the crossings in straight and curved sections and transfer to O.S.Y. S.A. facilities 5. With the removal of 430 support brackets (fourousia) of the overhead network of different dimensions. 6. With the painting of 570 poles of any size and shape In ANNEX VI, a table is included with the inactive overhead network that will be deactivated. The services provided are classified under the following codes of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 44212226-9 - Poles for the transmission of electrical energy, 44212224-5 - Poles for overhead lines, 50532400-7 | Maintenance and repair services for electrical distribution equipment 31321100-3 – Overhead power lines, 51112000-0 | Services for the installation of electrical distribution and control equipment. The estimated value of the contract amounts to: 1. For the replacement of 110 poles, regardless of height, pole and excavation depth (full job), at a value of 3,800.00 € per pole and a total of 418,000.00 € plus 24% VAT 2. For the removal of 560 poles of any size (full job), at a value of 950.00 € per pole and a total of 532,000.00 € plus 24% VAT 3. For the recording of the installed poles of the active and inactive Trolley network of O.S.Y. S.A. at a total value of 204,000.00 €, plus 24% VAT. 4. For the removal of copper wire of a total length of 27,700.00 meters, the plastic insulator, the nails and the crossings in straight and curved sections and transfer to O.S.Y. S.A. facilities, at a value of 30.00 € per running meter and a total of 831,000.00 € plus 24% VAT 5. For the removal of 430 support brackets of the overhead network (fourousia) of different dimensions at a value of 500.00 € each and a total of 215,000.00 € plus 24% VAT. 6. For the painting of 570 poles of any size and shape at a price of 700.00 €/unit and a total of 399,000.00 € plus 24% VAT. The total value of the contract amounts to the sum of 2,988,850.00 €, plus 24% VAT (including the right of option up to 15% of the value of 389,850.00 €, plus VAT) and specifically (budget with VAT: € 3,706,174.00 / VAT: € 717,324.00). The duration of the contract is set at thirty (30) months. It is noted that the economic operators, before submitting their offer, are obliged to visit the Warehouses of the DIO in order to be informed about the storage areas. Visits to the Warehouses will be made following communication from the economic operators to the competent authorities of O.S.Y. S.A., at the latest 5 days before the deadline for submission of offers, between the hours of 08:00 am - 13:00 pm. In addition, for the participation of economic operators in the aforementioned competitive procedure, the certificate of visit to the sites must be submitted, under penalty of exclusion, together with the offer / participation documents according to the model of ANNEX X of the present. A detailed description of the physical and economic subject of the contract is given in the present article 1.3. and in ANNEX II of the present announcement. The contract will be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer based solely on price. An offer for part of the contract is rejected as inadmissible.
