This consultation is organised for the award of a design contract for the renovation of the site at 1 rue d'Ormoy, comprising a large house, a barn, small annexes, and outdoor spaces to be landscaped. This consultation is organised under a negotiated procedure with a restricted procedure in 2 stages. The estimated budget for the works is (June 2026 value): * 1 100 000 € excl. VAT for the buildings (all trades construction costs, including VRD). * 480 000 € excl. VAT for the outdoor spaces. The design contract is scheduled to be signed in October 2026 and the works will be carried out in several phases, in particular to allow the municipality to spread its investments over 2 years.
