France – Reservoir construction works – Réhabilitation du réservoir de Sainte Claire à Chambéry

The project involves the complete reconstruction of the two tanks of the Sainte Claire reservoir, with a total capacity of 16,000 m3, as well as the renewal of hydraulic, electromechanical equipment and ancillary works for its operation. The current phase of the procedure is a call for candidates. The draft DCE is attached for information, the final DCE will be sent to the selected candidates only. The procedure is divided into two distinct phases: - the current phase of call for candidates, at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected; the tender documents will be sent to them (estimated date: 09/10/2026). - A second phase of tender, at the end of which the successful tenderer(s) will be chosen. The estimated date for the submission of tenders is end of January 2027. Companies are invited to submit their best offer from the outset, the contracting entity reserving the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders, without negotiation. However, the contracting entity also reserves the right to enter into negotiations with the tenderers who have submitted a valid tender (see modalities in the tender documents). The contract includes optional sections defined in the specifications. The services are paid for by unit and lump sum prices. The contract takes effect from its notification date (estimated date: May 2027).
