The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be the subject of a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The estimated amounts are indicative, the estimated annual amount is: - Lot No. 1 - Educational Materials = 230,000.00 euro(s) excl. VAT - Lot No. 2 - Educational Games = 70,000.00 euro(s) excl. VAT The maximum amount of services for the initial period of the framework agreement is defined as follows: For Lot No. 1 - Educational Materials: 460,000.00 euro(s) excl. VAT For Lot No. 2 - Educational Games: 140,000.00 euro(s) excl. VAT The amounts will be identical for each renewal period. Candidates have the possibility to submit tenders for all lots. The Mairie de Toulouse ensures the purchase of the educational and teaching materials necessary for the proper functioning of: - schools (approximately 212 nursery and primary schools of the City); - CLAE (approximately 110 managed in-house); - leisure centres managed by the Children and Leisure Department; - structures of the Early Childhood Department (nurseries, multi-accueil; - day-care centres, etc.); - cultural and animation centres of the Social and Cultural Animation Department; - and very occasionally other departments of the Mairie de Toulouse. The number of the different structures is likely to evolve during the execution of the framework agreement.
