Bulgaria – Medical equipments – Доставка на мобилен медицински кабинет със станция за телемедицина, обзавеждане и оборудване на медицински кабинети и координационен център за телемедицина в „МБАЛ - В.Преслав“ ЕООД, във връзка с изпълнение на Дейност 1 „Обновяване на медицинската апаратура в „МБАЛ - В.Преслав“ ЕООД, свързана с диагностиката на сърдечно-съдови заболявания и закупуване на мобилен медицински кабинет и оборудване

The present public procurement is divided into two separate lots. The subject of the present public procurement is the selection of contractors to deliver medical equipment, in connection with the implementation of Activity 1 "Renovation of medical equipment in "MBAAL - Veliki Preslav" EOOD, related to the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases and the purchase of a mobile medical cabin and equipment" within the framework of project BG16FFPR003-2.002-0001 "Sustainable mobility and equal access to quality healthcare." The aim of the public procurement is to ensure the renovation of medical equipment in the healthcare facility. In this way, conditions will be created for the improvement of medical services from the hospital and the provision of adequate medical care to patients with cardiovascular diseases. The aim of the public procurement is also the implementation of project BG16FFPR003-2.002-0001 "Sustainable mobility and equal access to quality healthcare" approved for the provision of grant funding under procedure BG16FFPR003-2.002 "Support for integrated urban development in 40 municipal districts" of the Regional Development Programme 2021-2027. The subject of the present public procurement, in the part relating to separate lot No. 2, also includes the performance of activities related to the training of personnel for working with the equipment, as well as technical maintenance of the delivered equipment.

Warranty of the mobile cabin: With regard to the mobile cabin, included in the scope of separate lot No. 1, the subject of the lot also includes warranty support for a minimum of 12 months, from the date of acceptance of the vehicle, certified by the signing of an acceptance certificate, without remarks. The contractor guarantees the full functional suitability of the delivered vehicle in accordance with the agreed purpose, as well as in accordance with the Technical Proposal, Technical Specification and standards. The warranty covers critical functional problems related to the engine, gearbox and vehicle electronics, which may cause a malfunction on the road. In the event of an approved warranty claim, the repair is free of charge, including parts and labour.

Warranty of the remaining medical equipment: For each item, the participants offer a warranty period, which cannot be less than 12 months, from the date of their acceptance, certified by the signing of an acceptance certificate, without remarks. Within the warranty period, the Contractor will, at its own expense and with its own resources, eliminate all damage, and/or Non-conformities, accordingly replace defective parts and/or components with new ones, in accordance with the warranty conditions and the Technical Proposal of the Contractor.
