The subject of the Public Procurement is the conclusion of a contract for the provision, implementation, configuration, integration, operation, technical support, maintenance, updates and development of the Energy Information System provided as a SaaS for the servicing and management of customers, including the customer portal and the portal for the gradual purchase of the customer, trader in electricity and gas for the trader (Purchaser) with energies (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”). Further specification of the subject matter is set out in Annex No. 2 of the Binding Commercial Conditions – List of Requirements (hereinafter referred to as the “List of Requirements”).
