The contract to be awarded includes general contractor services for the renovation of the entire facade - with the exception of the already completed west facade - the associated windows and doors, the access facilities (including the temple on the north side) as well as the sealing and the rainwater drainage of the terrace including the associated sewerage network in the entire building of the Tonhalle Düsseldorf.
