The procurement of occluders with the operation of an off-site warehouse in 6 parts, a total of 507 units/24 hours as detailed in the Technical Description forming part of the Procurement Documentation. The Invitation to Tender undertakes to commit to the withdrawal of 70%. The Invitation to Tender in all parts during the performance of the tender, the quantity prescribed separately in the invitation to tender (without modifying the unit price or other contractual conditions) 30% of the amount retains an option. The Invitation to Tender is entitled to exercise its option right at the price fixed in the winning tender during the contract period. The procurement procedure is subject to the Government Decree 16/2012. (II.16.) on the specific rules for the procurement of medicines and medical devices. Detailed conditions related to the operation of an off-site warehouse are contained in the draft contract forming part of the Procurement Documentation. The tenderer must declare in the tender the acceptance of the conditions for the establishment of the off-site warehouse. The declaration - in the event of a deficiency rectification invitation following - is invalid without the tender.
