Germany – Engineering-design services for traffic installations – Feuerwehr + Bergwacht Gemeinde Efringen-Kirchen: Ingenieurbauwerke + Verkehrsanlagen

The reason for the negotiated procedure being conducted by the municipality of Efringen-Kirchen is the planned new construction for the fire department and mountain rescue in Efringen-Kirchen. To find the best solution for the additional space requirements and functional requirements for the new construction of the fire station and mountain rescue, the municipal council decided to conduct a realization competition. The objective of the competition was to develop a building concept for the new construction of the fire station and mountain rescue. The competition procedure was concluded with the jury meeting on 25 February 2026. The office Schaudt Architekten GmbH from Konstanz emerged as the winner from the subsequent award procedure. The municipal council will commission the office with the further planning services of the building planning according to § 34 HOAI. Further planning services are now required for the further implementation of the construction measure on the basis of the existing competition or preliminary design planning. The subject of the tender is the award of the object planning services for civil engineering structures according to §§ 41 ff HOAI and traffic facilities according to §§ 45 ff HOAI. The small proportion of landscaped open spaces will be assigned to the traffic facilities. Special services (optional): - Local construction supervision - Participation in the acceptance of services and deliveries - Invoice verification, comparison of the results of the invoice verification with the contract sum - Participation in monitoring the testing of the functionality of the plant components and the overall system - Monitoring the rectification of defects within the limitation period. No further special and additional services are currently known. A negotiated procedure will be conducted in accordance with the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB) and § 17 VgV with a competition phase and an award phase.
