Germany – Load-bearing structure design services – VgV Tragwerksplanung - Neubau Feuerwehrgerätehaus Triberg im Schwarzwald

The town of Triberg im Schwarzwald intends to construct a new fire station building at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg im Schwarzwald, on the plot of land between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße, and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings currently on the site will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task advertised here. A suitable engineering office is sought for the specialist planning services of structural design according to §§ 49, 51 HOAI - LPH 1-6 incl. site supervision. Consultation regarding the constructive and economic advantages and disadvantages, also with regard to a possible hybrid timber construction, is expected. The contract will be awarded in stages. In the first stage, performance phases 1-3 will be commissioned. There is no legal claim to the further commissioning of the respective subsequent performance stage.
