Spain – Repair and maintenance services – SERVICIO DE MANTENIMIENTO Y CONDUCCIÓN DEL EDIFICIO E INSTALACIONES DEL HOSPITAL PROVINCIAL DE PONTEVEDRA, CENTRO PERTENECIENTE AL ÁREA SANITARIA DE PONTEVEDRA E O SALNÉS.

The subject of this contract is the maintenance of the buildings, equipment and facilities of the Hospital Provincial de Pontevedra in perfect condition of conservation and operation through the execution of various operations and tasks, for which at least the following works will be carried out: 1. The actions of driving and monitoring of the installations (predictive-conductive), preventive, corrective and improvement, as well as first intervention, analyzing in turn the problems detected and their causes and proposing and executing the corrective measures that may be necessary to avoid their repetition in order to achieve the best performance and thus develop the full functionality of the equipment and minimizing downtime due to breakdowns. 2. The technical assistance necessary for the equipment and installations to be used and maintained in operation according to the manufacturer's specifications during their useful life. 3. Collaboration in the performance of all the technical-legal maintenance required by the current legislation. 4. Updated maintenance of the inventory, documentation and all management information (spare parts, incidents, etc.) included in the information systems used. 5. The minor civil works necessary to carry out the above actions, as well as shutters, locksmithing, carpentry, painting, floors and similar that are declared as urgent or critical. 6. The preparation, execution and follow-up of the Functional and Organizational Plan.
