1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of a Contractor for the successive supply of basic reagents, hereinafter referred to as materials, reagents, or products, for the organisational units of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (excluding Collegium Medicum UJ), intended in particular for the implementation of tasks in the field of education, research, and commercialisation of the results of this activity. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the quantitative list of reagents, is specified in Annex A to the SWZ, which also serves as the price offer calculation form. 2.1 The Contracting Authority allows the delivery of products in packaging other than that indicated in Annex A to the SWZ, but only packaging of a smaller size, while maintaining the proportionality of the price resulting from the Contractor's offer.
