Germany – Software supply services – Rahmenvereinbarung über die Bereitstellung einer Software sowie begleitender Unterstützungsleistungen zur Umsetzung des Konzepts „Law as Code“ (RV Law as Code)

With this procurement procedure, the contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement under Section 21 of the VgV with up to three economic operators for the provision of software and accompanying support services to implement the "Law as Code" concept. The subject matter of the framework agreement is the provision of software to implement the "Law as Code" concept in law-making, including accompanying software-related and methodological support services. The scope of services is modular in structure. Core services (software licenses and service/support) and supplementary and optional service components (training and legal engineering) are envisaged.
