Netherlands – Construction work – Bouwteam Reconstructie Jachtlaan (tracé Loolaan - J.F. Kennedylaan in Apeldoorn) (P1135)

The concrete scope of the project assignment for the Contractor to be contracted is the preparation (design phase) and construction (execution phase) of the reconstruction of the Jachtlaan in Apeldoorn. The central objective for this project is to achieve the reconstruction of the Jachtlaan within the allocated budget and schedule, with as little disruption as possible to the (direct) environment, stakeholders, and road users. In detail, this means achieving a flawless project progression, particularly in the implementation and especially in the execution phase. The objective of this tender is to start the design phase by mid-December 2026. It is expected that the first execution works can begin in February 2028. The final delivery of the execution phase of the project Reconstruction Jachtlaan is scheduled for Q4 of 2028. This concerns a public contract for works and the allocated budget for the project (design and execution/execution phase) amounts to 5.4 million euro.
