The « ArborEssence » project of CHNWL IMMO is one of the hospital projects selected in the Construction Plan of the Walloon Region under the control of the AViQ. The project of the present Contract 7 concerns the extension and complete renovation of the main building. It covers several contracts for works, services and supplies, spread over several years according to a phased schedule. The present procedure concerns the following lots: LOT 7.2 – HVAC – Heat and cold production LOT 7.3 – SANITARY INSTALLATIONS LOT 7.4 – MEDICAL FLUIDS LOT 7.5 – ELECTRICITY LOT 7.8 – SHOWER AND BATHROOM CUBICLES
