The contracting authority aims to conclude a contract with one (1) contractor, through this European public procurement procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012, for the printing and delivery of election printing for the voter and materials for all polling stations and the count. The desired outcome for the contracting authority is to conclude a contract with one contractor who is able to supply all the election printing in accordance with the legally stipulated or with the contracting authority agreed specifications and within the legal deadlines set for this. The contracting authority considers it important that the printing is produced and delivered with as little impact on nature as possible. The contracting authority values flexibility, reliability and efficient cooperation. The contracting authority intends to conclude a contract for a period of six (6) years. The municipality intends to conclude a contract for a period of four (4) years with the possibility of extending this two (2) times by a maximum of one (1) year.
