The subject of this contract is the Supply of chemical digesters for laboratory work, divided into 2 parts. Part 1: Chemical digesters for laboratory work with one underbench cabinet. Part 2: Chemical digesters for laboratory work with two underbench cabinets. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is defined in the form of required technical parameters, constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of offers in the form of electronic catalogues. 4. The contracting authority does not envisage the use of the option right. 5. The contracting authority does not envisage the return of participation costs, with the reservation of art. 261. 6. The contracting authority does not envisage an electronic auction. 7. The contracting authority does not envisage the conclusion of a framework agreement. 8. The contracting authority does not reserve the personal performance of key tasks by the contractor, in accordance with art. 60 and art. 121 of the law. 9. The contracting authority, in accordance with art. 257 of the Pzp law, may invalidate the procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 10. The contracting authority requires the contractor to carry out a site visit of the contract implementation site before submitting an offer. Participation in the site visit is mandatory. In accordance with art. 226.1.18 of the Pzp law, “The contracting authority rejects an offer if it is submitted without a site visit …” The purpose of the site visit is to familiarise oneself with the actual technical condition of the infrastructure, the route of existing ventilation ducts, the construction of wall and ceiling passages, the location of roof ventilators and the logistical conditions of the facility. Details are specified in Section III, point 6 of the SWZ. The site visit concerns Part 1 and Part 2.
