The project in question involves the remediation of fire safety deficiencies in all buildings of the JVA Herford. The changes relevant to building regulations must be approved in accordance with §79 BauO NW. The basis for this is the fire safety concept developed from the fire safety audit. The deficiencies can then be remediated, divided into construction sections. The measure will be implemented during ongoing operations! In addition to the fire safety measure, the kitchen floor is dilapidated in one building, and there are clear signs of moisture damage on the cellar ceiling, especially in the area of the conduit penetrations and ceiling-wall transition. The kitchen floor is to be remediated according to the requirements for large kitchens. As part of the replacement of the kitchen floor, the large kitchen appliances, including the connection lines, are to be replaced. The planning of the large kitchen will be carried out by an independent kitchen planning office, the interface to the planning of the technical equipment is the appliance connection.
