This award procedure aims to conclude a supply contract for the product "4x4 intervention special vehicle for mountain area" - 2 units. The deadline by which the contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification/ additional information: 16 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The number of days up to which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders / applications: 25. Requests for clarification regarding the award documentation will be submitted only through SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro), by accessing the dedicated section "Questions" from the details of the award procedure in progress. ATTENTION!!! To comply with the principle of equal treatment, interested economic operators will respect the provisions of ANAP notification no. 247 regarding the method of transmitting requests for clarification and additional information to award documents / responses formulated in the event of the conduct of award procedures for public procurement contracts through electronic means (online), in the sense that the documents attached to the "Questions" section WILL NOT CONTAIN the IDENTIFICATION DATA OF THESE, since these will become public at the time of transmission of the response by the contracting authority.
