The detailed description of the subject of the procurement is visible in Annex 1 - Technical Specification and Annex 2 - Cost Estimate, which are integral parts of this Procurement Documentation. The Contracting Authority is conducting this procedure only for Group 4 - Event organisation services – 9-11.2026. – 25,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. Bidders may submit a bid for this group of the subject of the procurement even if they have already submitted bids for previous groups from this subject of the procurement as well as for any possible future groups from this subject of the procurement.
