Germany – Auditing services – Schlussprüfungsleistungen für die Filmförderungsanstalt des Bundes (FFA)

The subject of the procurement are services for the performance of final cost and usage verification checks for film, series and distribution projects within the funding programmes granted or administered by the Filmförderungsanstalt (FFA). The contract includes, depending on the lot, in particular cursory and in-depth usage verification checks, the verification of production or distribution costs, the control of financing and the fulfilment of funding requirements, the verification of compliance with the relevant funding guidelines, as well as the creation and submission of the final audit reports. Lot 1 includes the audit services for production funding: Reference Film Funding Production, Minitraité, Minority Coproduction Fund (MiK), Jury-based Cultural Film Funding of the Federal Government – Production, and Film Funding Fund for Producers of Cinema Films. Lot 2 includes the audit services for distribution and rental funding: Reference Film Funding Distribution, and Jury-based Cultural Film Funding of the Federal Government - Distribution. Lot 3 includes the audit services for producers of TV/VoD films and series - successor programme of the GMPF - as well as for production service providers and the partial works produced by them - successor programme of the DFFF II.
