The contract concerns the architectural services for the renovation of the buildings in the La Bourdonnette district (493 apartments) built between 1966 and 1974. The renovation work covers: * Sanitary installations and kitchens of the apartments * Roofs of the buildings * Locksmithing/joinery of the ground-floor facades * Shop fronts and Canopies The services to be provided cover the pre-design, design, permit application, tendering and construction phases (excluding construction management) according to SIA regulations 102 and 112. The construction management services will be provided by the Contracting Authority.
