• Conducting, guiding, and analyzing, as well as reporting and advising on the negotiations with insurance companies, to be conducted jointly with the Contracting Authority, to conclude an ABR policy (including an associated excess loss) for the construction activities - construction and renovation of wastewater treatment plants, collectors, pumping stations, pressure pipelines, sewers and the like - of the Contracting Authority and its principals

• Policy and claims management of the aforementioned ABR policy (including an associated excess loss).
