Netherlands – Engineering services – Ingenieursdiensten Rivium

This procurement concerns a European restricted procedure EU/2026.025 for the conclusion of a framework agreement for integral engineering services for the Rivium area development. The services include, among others, research and advice, integral design, technical preparation, permits and notifications, contract and tender preparation, and cost management. We wish to conclude a framework agreement for a period of four years. The framework agreement will start on 1 March 2027. After these four years, we can extend the agreement a maximum of two times by 1 year. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is therefore until 1 March 2033. The maximum amount of this framework agreement is € 1,800,000,- excluding VAT. The works will be provided during the duration of the framework agreement by means of further orders. The content, scope, phasing, planning, financial frameworks and products to be delivered will be determined per further order. Within the planning area of Rivium, the following six sub-projects are currently distinguished: a. Public Space (ROOD): integral public space and assessment of the Coalition area, including landscape and mobility; b. Public Space (YELLOW): municipal public space and mobility infrastructure, including mobility and landscape; c. Underground main infrastructure and area preparatory works; d. ParkShuttle: underground crossing, extensions of the ParkShuttle track and new or adapted stops; e. Abram van Rijckevorselweg: redevelopment and speed reduction to 50 km/h; f. Metropolitan Cycle Route Ridderkerk–Rotterdam on Capels territory.
