The present consultation aims to delegate the technical and administrative management of the « Techniques bord » laboratory. This technical and administrative management covers the following areas: - Planning and scheduling of tasks/tests, taking into account requests - Keeping technical means in operational condition - Quality and Safety - Stock management and procurement - Implementation of equipment and test benches - Maintenance of the competencies of non-CNES teams - Management of non-CNES teams.
