The services subject to the consultation cover all activities related to the mobile catering service on board the SNCF Voyageurs OCEAN trains on the so-called Equilibrium Territory Trains (TET) lines Nantes - Lyon and Nantes - Bordeaux, as well as certain ancillary services: - marketing of the offer: development and management of the product offer, (including choice of suppliers and commercial partners), - preparation of catering supplies and other products for the trains, the on-board mobile sales service, - waste collection in passenger cars, maintenance of the cleanliness of horizontal surfaces in sanitary spaces, and sorting of waste on board, - ancillary services (assistance in case of disrupted situations, ...) - logistics services for transport from the ground service (SAT): management of flows, storage in stations, loading and unloading operations of trains, transshipment, ...), - implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy (concerning in particular the product offer and management). - overall management of cross-functional missions (overall management, information systems, CSR, quality management, advice and monitoring for SNCF Voyageurs OCEAN…). The need is firm for 3 years for the years 2028, 2029 and 2030. As an option, 3 additional years.
