Within its area of operation, Farys is responsible for the operation and management of the wastewater-treatment infrastructure of its Z-vennoten. As part of this task, Farys is, among other things, responsible for carrying out disconnection projects. For this purpose, Farys intends to conclude a framework agreement to call upon experienced service providers to carry out disconnection studies. The agreement is divided into 4 lots: • LOT 1 – assignments for disconnection studies for the Gent zone; • LOT 2 – assignments for disconnection studies for the Ronse zone; • LOT 3 – assignments for disconnection studies for the Brugge zone; • LOT 4 – assignments for disconnection studies for the Asse zone. This tender concerns a framework agreement whereby the conditions of the service provision are agreed upon, which will be taken into account when carrying out the subsequent assignments. The framework agreement creates a contractual framework regarding the establishment of the conditions of individual assignments (within these lots) concerning disconnection studies carried out for Farys. The framework agreement will be concluded per lot with 1 contractor.
