The subject of the order is the preparation of project documentation for the investment task entitled Revitalisation and modernisation, including adaptation to fire safety regulations and safety requirements of the Concert Hall of the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music at 2 Okólnik Street in Warsaw "Concert Hall UMFC for the 21st Century - Music of the Future". The scope of the order includes: 1) Preparation of an inventory of the project area, surveys, preliminary acoustic design, stage technology projects and CFD simulations along with a ventilation concept; 2) Preparation of a construction project: architectural and structural in the scope necessary to obtain a building permit, including obtaining the necessary agreements and permits resulting from the Building Law, technical projects of individual sectors; 3) Preparation of an implementation project along with specifications, estimates and STWiOR Detailed definition of the scope of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to OPIW - Detailed description of the order.
