Slovenia – Recreation centre construction work – JAVNO-ZASEBNO PARTNERSTVO ZA IZVEDBO PROJEKTA UREDITEV TURISTIČNO REKREACIJSKEGA CENTRA NA BAJERJIH V VERDU

The subject of the public-private partnership is the implementation of the project to develop a tourism and recreation centre on Bajerjih in Verd, which, in accordance with the Decision on the Municipal Detailed Spatial Plan for the development of the tourism and recreation centre on Bajerjih in Verd (Naš časopis, no. 506/22), includes: a) the implementation (renovation or construction of extensions or new construction) of buildings, parking lots for motorhomes and related external works in the spatial unit P1; b) the implementation of buildings and related external works in the spatial unit P2; c) the implementation of a public parking lot and public sanitary facilities intended for visitors in the spatial unit P4.
