The subject of the contract is the replacement of discharge luminaires with LED luminaires. Scope of the service: 1) Carrying out the dismantling of 231 existing discharge luminaires. The material from the dismantling must be handed over in an unaltered state to the inventory of ZDZiT. In the event that the Contracting Authority establishes that the dismantled material is worn out and not suitable for re-use, the Contractor is obliged to dispose of it at their own cost. 2) Installation of LED luminaires (according to the photometric calculations in the annex) along with connection and necessary programming of 231 units. 3) Carrying out post-installation photometric measurements for the situations presented in the photometric calculations in order to confirm whether the installed material meets the requirements and assumptions set out in the photometric calculations. 4) SO-103 Carrying out measurements of network parameters and in the event of exceeding the permissible values in the range of the occurrence of reactive power, group compensation of the supply point (supplying an additional cabinet with a compensator at the existing SO) shall be carried out. 5) SO-142 Carrying out measurements of network parameters and in the event of exceeding the permissible values in the range of the occurrence of reactive power, group compensation of the supply point (supplying an additional cabinet with a compensator at the existing SO) shall be carried out. 6) SO-198 Carrying out measurements of network parameters and in the event of exceeding the permissible values in the range of the occurrence of reactive power, group compensation of the supply point (supplying an additional cabinet with a compensator at the existing SO) shall be carried out. 7) SO-199 Carrying out measurements of network parameters and in the event of exceeding the permissible values in the range of the occurrence of reactive power, group compensation of the supply point (supplying an additional cabinet with a compensator at the existing SO) shall be carried out. 8) Replacement of 36 overhead line fuses along with the PEN clamp and line fuse due to the presence of aluminium conductors. The purpose of this procedure is to obtain a contract of a quality specified in the SWZ. For these reasons, the Contracting Authority has taken due care to ensure that the subject of the contract has not been described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or a particular process, which could lead to the privileging or elimination of certain contractors or products. If, despite this, it turns out that such indications appear in any place in the SWZ and in the annexes to it, they should not be treated as requirements relating to the subject of the contract, but should be considered exclusively as indications of an informative nature (non-binding for Contractors).
