Luxembourg – Railway traffic control software package – Appel à candidatures pour un marché de fourniture et de mise en œuvre d'un Système d'Aide à l'Exploitation et à l'Information Voyageurs (SAEIV) Tramway à Luxembourg

The subject of the present contract is to supply and implement a Passenger Information and Traffic Management System (SAEIV) that ensures the monitoring, supervision and regulation of tramway traffic, and guarantees the interface between the regulator at the Centralised Control Post (PCC) and the tramway drivers. The new SAEIV will completely replace the current system, deployed in 2017, with a target commissioning date set for 2027. This technological evolution must be carried out while ensuring service continuity and guaranteeing compatibility with all existing interfaces, and in particular the operators' business tools (supervision, planning and real-time monitoring of operations), rolling stock and on-board equipment: smooth collection and transmission of operational data and passenger information systems and equipment on board (displays, audio announcements) and on the ground (terminals, dynamic signage). The project must also integrate recent technological developments, improve the overall performance of the system, strengthen cybersecurity and offer better ergonomics to end users.
