In the context of the implementation of a central energy heating plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers as backup/auxiliary, Dalkia is launching a consultation to design and implement the Works. It will be divided into several technical lots. In light of the above, the contracting authority, DALKIA, wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a SPS Coordination mission, within the framework of the works for all the works and equipment. The heating plant comprises 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2 000 kW at the condenser (ICPE 4735), 2 gas boilers of 11 300 kW and 700 kW (ICPE 2910). The energy centre will have a surface area of approximately 660 m². The heat network will be approximately 5 km (33 substations) and the geothermal network approximately 2 km (6 drillings).
