Germany – Software package and information systems – EU-Vergabe - TaxIT - DB AG

Deutsche Bahn AG plans to centralise a tax software (TaxIT) and have the system operated as a SaaS solution by the contractor in this context. The TaxIT application will be operated as SaaS: application with hosting by the software manufacturer (technical operator) incl. ensuring stable and secure operation (also during updates and release changes) with the scope of services described in this appendix. The successful migration of legacy system(s) to the SaaS environment must be ensured (see Chapter 7 Introduction and Migration Scenarios [EIM]). Regulatory requirements for operating the software (tax requirements and in particular requirements for information security and data protection) must be observed. This is a lot-based EU procurement. Lot 1 concerns a standard SaaS solution for income tax and VAT, and the second lot a standard SaaS solution for trade tax assessment management.
