Spain – Repair and maintenance services – Servicio de mantenimiento integral de varias sedes del Ministerio para la Transición Ecológica y el Reto Demográfico, en el Sureste peninsular.

The subject of this contract is the service of preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance, as well as the control for the proper functioning of the facilities that are part of the properties described below, corresponding to several Sedes of the Southeastern Peninsula, and specifically where the Provincial Service of Costas in Almería is located, as well as the Technical Offices of the Commissioner for the Water Cycle and Ecosystem Restoration, and of the Mar Menor, in Murcia. This contract aims to ensure:

- The maintenance of the facilities detailed that form part of each of the properties that are the subject of this contract and general maintenance.

- The correct operation and preservation of all the facilities that comprise the properties that are the subject of this contract.

- Compliance with all applicable current regulations for each property and for each facility, ensuring the conditions of comfort, temperature and habitability necessary for the use to which they are intended.

- The prevention of breakdowns and incidents.

- The safety of persons, of the aforementioned properties and their facilities, and of the adjacent properties.

- The immediate replacement of small materials.

- The inventory and periodic report on the state of the facilities.

These works must be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out in this contract and good professional practices, always following the standards of sustainability and energy efficiency in force, without prejudice to the improvements that can be sought in this matter, such as the use of sustainable, reversible systems with maximum thermal efficiency or the search for a versatile, multipurpose and transformable solution. The minimum ecological impact on the ground and on the environment will be sought.
