Poland – Engineering design services – Wykonanie wielobranżowej dokumentacji projektowo-kosztorysowej wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na budowę dla planowanych inwestycji polegających na modernizacji budynków mieszkalnych wielorodzinnych dla 10 nieruchomości w Warszawie

The subject of the order includes the preparation of multi-sectoral design and cost documentation, along with obtaining a building permit for the planned investment, consisting of the modernisation of residential buildings, divided into parts: Part 1: building at ul. Małej 8, Part 2: building at Stalowa 35 (front building), Part 3: building at ul. Małej 13, Part 4: building at ul. Stalowej 10, Part 5: building at ul. Strzeleckiej 2, Part 6: building at ul. Kawęczyńskiej 4, Part 7: building at ul. Kawęczyńskiej 18, Part 8: building at ul. Kawęczyńskiej 20, Part 9: building at ul. Kawęczyńskiej 24, Part 10: building at ul. Kawęczyńskiej 41 in Warsaw within the investment task named „ELENA – comprehensive modernisation of municipal buildings in the capital city of Warsaw – preparatory works”. The Purchaser divides the Subject of the Order into two parts: a) Basic Scope (guaranteed): preparation of documentation - Module A: containing design and cost documentation, relating to the modernisation of the building in the scope of thermo-modernisation works, Module B: containing design and cost documentation, relating to the modernisation of the building in the scope of repair and construction works, and Module C: containing design and cost documentation, relating to the modernisation of the adjacent land to the building. b) Optional Scope (right of option): providing author's supervision for construction works carried out on the basis of design and cost documentation. The detailed manner of implementing the subject of the order is specified in the description of needs and requirements together with the annexes constituting an integral part of it, i.e. the Project of the Agreement – Annex No. 5, together with the annexes to the Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of § 15 of the Agreement, such as: a) Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 5 to the Agreement, appropriately for the part of the order, b) Building and apartment finishing standards, constituting Annex No. 6 to the Agreement, c) General Conditions of Design Agreements, hereinafter referred to as „OWUP”, constituting Annex No. 1 to the Agreement.
