The contract concerns a service in the form of the supply, implementation and maintenance of a digital subsidy management system for the municipality of Midden-Groningen. The system must support the municipal processes around the granting of subsidies in an integral manner, including the application, assessment, granting, management, monitoring, determination and reporting of subsidies.
