The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of cleaning services in the premises of Krajská nemocnice T. Bati, a.s., Havlíčkovo nábřeží 600, Zlín, in the buildings at the address třída T. Bati č.p. 3676, č.p. 3717, č. p. 3772, Zlín and in building 65 in the Svit complex, Šedesátá 7046, Zlín. The scope and manner of performing the cleaning services are specified in Annex No. 4 of the tender documentation – Draft Contract for the Performance of Cleaning Works, in Annex No. 1 of the tender documentation – Overall Work Budget with Allocation to Cost Centres, in Annex No. 2 of the tender documentation – Guidelines for Cleaning Activities in KNTB and in Annex No. 3 of the tender documentation – Guidelines for Waste Management.
