Romania – Construction work – Achiziționarea execuției lucrărilor pentru realizarea obiectivului „Lucrări de reabilitare la depozitul de carburanți lubrifianți in cazarma 962 Bascov” cod proiect 2020 –C/I – 962 Bascov

The module for organizing the execution of the authorized works will be carried out in accordance with the execution schedule within the technical execution project, the execution details and the organization of the execution of the authorized works and in accordance with the approved solution study in accordance with ATR no. 26003082/12.03.2025 (offered in chapter 2.1) value which will be deducted in accordance with the legislation in force. The contractor will provide the complete facilities and in working condition in accordance with the specifications specified by the technical project, minimum requirements of the technical specifications/study of feasibility. In order to achieve the general objective, the specific objectives of the project are:

1. Execution OBJECT 01 - Rehabilitation of metal tanks for storing materials (fuels and lubricants) as well as works of interventions and arrangements related (storage sector);

2. Execution OBJECT 02 - Implementation of fencing storage sector and access gates;

3. Execution OBJECT 03 - Rehabilitation works at the loading/unloading ramp C.F. of the unit;

4. Execution OBJECT 04 - Rehabilitation works at the auto ramp;

5. Execution OBJECT 05 - Rehabilitation works Gara;

6. Execution OBJECT 06 - Implementation of new P+2 pavilion;

7. Execution OBJECT 07 - Implementation of pavilion L/Remiza P.S.I.;

8. Execution OBJECT 08 - Rehabilitation of the electrogen group;

9. Execution OBJECT 09 - Rehabilitation of water facilities;

10. Execution OBJECT 10 - Arrangement of concrete roads, alleys from the storage sector;

11. Execution OBJECT 11 - Rehabilitation of pav. U7,U8,U15,U16 - semi-buried sheds;

12. Execution OBJECT 12 - Rehabilitation and extension of the electrical network.

The tenderer will execute all the necessary works for the timely completion of the investment, in accordance with the Beneficiary's Requirements. The value of various and unforeseen expenses is 13,157,111.06 lei without VAT. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 10 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information with at least 6 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
