Electrometers for an intelligent metering system with an EDGE/GPRS/4G modem (intelligent metering systems, communicating via GSM network), hereafter referred to as "IMS electrometers" in the appropriate grammatical form. IMS electrometers will communicate with the superior system using an EDGE/GPRS/4G modem in the form of an interchangeable module, or an internal built-in modem in accordance with the DLMS/COSEM standards. The subject of the contract will also be the delivery of configuration software for the relevant IMS electrometer, which will enable its full configuration as well as data collection via the GSM network or optical head.
