Against the backdrop of rising disposal and energy costs for sludge treatment, the implementation of anaerobic sludge treatment at the Alsbach wastewater treatment plant is being considered by the wastewater association. The necessary modernization, new construction or renovation measures are to be developed. The use of a sludge storage tank as a potential digester, the construction of a pre-settling tank and the establishment of a stationary mechanical sludge dewatering system are to be taken into account. The services will be awarded in stages. The performance phases 1 to 4 will be funded under the Directive on Federal Funding for Municipal Climate Protection (Municipal Directive) as part of the National Climate Protection Initiative (NKI) and will be ordered as the first stage. If the conditions according to the Technical Annex of the Municipal Directive are met, the performance phases 5 to 9 will be ordered after the positive approval by the funding authority. Services and service packages according to HOAI 2021 for the following planning services for the overall project will be awarded: Service package for Building Services Planning for Technical Equipment Process or Process Engineering (VPT): Basic services for the performance phases 1-9, according to § 56 HOAI 2021 Abs.1 Zone III.
