Subject of these deliveries: Lot 1: Aflibercept (40mg/1ml) - Pre-filled syringe registered for the following indications: 1. neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (AMD) 2. vision loss due to macular oedema secondary to retinal vein occlusion 3. vision loss due to diabetic macular oedema (DME) 4. vision loss due to myopic choroidal neovascularisation (myopic CNV) Lot 2: Aflibercept (40mg/1ml) - Pre-filled syringe registered for the following indication: 1. the treatment of an eye disorder called retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) Lot 3: Aflibercept (40mg/1ml) - Vial This is a framework agreement for 2 years, and is renewable twice for a period of 1 year. The renewal takes place tacitly, and in case of non-renewal, this will be communicated at least 90 calendar days before the expiry date of the contract by the contracting authority.
