Germany – Architectural services for buildings – Generalplanerleistungen Bau – Erweiterung Funktionsgebäude Krümmel

The subject of the contract to be awarded is the general planning service for the extension of a functional building at the Krümmel site. The general planning includes the following service packages: • Building design in accordance with § 34 HOAI • Civil engineering structures in accordance with § 41 HOAI • Structural design in accordance with § 51 HOAI • Building services in accordance with § 55 HOAI • Landscaping in accordance with § 39 HOAI, each including the basic services according to HOAI, as well as special services required by BGZ beyond the basic services according to HOAI. • Fire protection planning in accordance with AHO Heft 17. For the determination of the preliminary remuneration and the preparation of the offer, the allocable costs (net) according to DIN 276 were estimated as follows: - KG 200 (Site preparation/Development): 20,512.99 EUR - KG 300 (Building - Building structures): 4,874,254.91 EUR - KG 400 (Building - Technical installations): 2,352,489.51 EUR - KG 500 (External facilities): 66,176.69 EUR - KG 600 (Furnishings and artworks): 335,578.79 EUR - Fire protection planning: 1,801.24 m² GFA. The final determination of the fee will be made on the basis of the cost estimates to be prepared by the planner in LPh 3 HOAI according to DIN 276 in the current version. The following consulting services according to Annex 1 HOAI 2021 are part of the subject of the contract. The contracting authority reserves the right to call up these services in stages or individually (option): • Building physics (thermal insulation and energy balancing) • Sound insulation and room acoustics • Geotechnics and site conditions • Surveying and construction surveying. Additionally, project-specific separate services are to be provided: • Examination of the stability of the building / consideration of the deeper static conditions • Consideration of the operational capability of the control centre in the building during the construction period • Extended contamination investigation of the existing building (an initial investigation is available)
